BESPOKE TRAINING FOR MEN AND WOMEN
One-on-one personal training is perfect for those who wish to train alone and receive my absolute focus and attention.
Before you start your new fitness regime, we will need to meet up for a consultation/meet and greet. This will usually take around 45 minutes to an hour. In this time we run through your training experience and history, a medical questionnaire and your current lifestyle. This will then enable us to identify realistic goals that you can achieve and maintain. From the initial consult, I will then be able to create a personalised training and nutrition plan based upon your individual needs to ensure you get the results that we both want.
While training with me, you will receive expert guidance and advice with 24/7 support (via phone or email) which will help YOU to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. To ensure you stay on track through the time you're with me, we will undergo a fitness test every 4 weeks and conduct a review of your training and nutrition to ensure no plateaus emerge.
