As a Sports and Exercise Science graduate, Matt has experience in working with a wide variety of clients and specialises predominantly in weight loss, muscle building and nutrition. He is highly committed to the fitness industry having competed in two highly reputable bodybuilding competitions and featured in Men’s Fitness magazine. It was through this that led him to personal training as he discovered his passion for helping others achieve their goals and improve their self confidence. Matt has the ability to make realistic lifestyle changes to suit the individual client, creating a fun, motivating and challenging training environment. Working with Matt will help you to be the best version of yourself.
